General Terms and Conditions of Business

Please be aware, that Foodtech Solutions GmbH (FTSD) and Foodtech Solutions (Thailand) Co. Ltd. (FTST) are two independent companies.
Main shareholder and Managing Director of Foodtech Solutions (Thailand) Co. Ltd. is Ananya Fischer.
Sole Shareholder and Managing director of Foodtech Solutions GmbH is Bruno Fischer.

FTSD works as a broker for FTST. Wherever we talk about brokerage on the website, it is FTSD who performs this service.

We have harmonized our General term to make them as far as possible the same for both our Thai and German Companies. Variations between the the conditions of the Thai and German Companies are in [spare brackets] and marked with [thai:   ] or [german:   ]

We believe that balanced, fair conditions are the best basis for long term, mutually beneficial business relationships.
We do not have buying conditions that burden the seller and sales conditions that burden the buyer.
Accordingly, we follow in our buying the same set of rules that we use for our sales.
